Carl Latkin

Carl Latkin, PhD, is a Professor in the Departments of Health, Behavior, and Society and Epidemiology in the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. He conducts biobehavioral interventions for disadvantaged communities, with a focus on social networks, substance use, infectious diseases, climate change, and mental health.
