Dr. Brian Hall attended the “Bridging Gaps for Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) and Mental Health: Leveraging Technology Innovations for Impact” conference, hosted by the Asian Development Bank in coordination with PATH. As a regional expert on NCDs, mental health, and digital mental health, Dr. Hall delivered a presentation on the cultural adaptation of digital mental health solutions. His talk emphasized the importance of tailoring digital interventions to different cultural contexts to enhance their effectiveness. The conference itself focused on how technological innovations can transform healthcare and advance progress towards Universal Health Coverage (Sustainable Development Goal, Target 3.8).
