Hao Fong Sit is a PhD student at the Department of Psychology of The University of Hong Kong and a licensed psychotherapist in Macao. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Macau and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Peking University. Her clinical and research interests lie in common mental health disorders and insomnia among vulnerable populations (e.g., adolescents, caregivers) and psychological and behavioral interventions. She is a member of several NGOs in Macao and consistently participates in social affairs with a particular interest in promoting well-being in the community
