Jamie Pui Chan (she/her) is a BA/MSPH candidate in the Department of International Health at Johns Hopkins University. She has been trained in mixed-methods research in public health and has worked with various international and community-based non-profit organizations in Hong Kong and the US. She is passionate about exploring the socioeconomic determinants of health and promoting health equity for vulnerable populations in the Western Pacific region, with a particular interest in applying socioecological and intersectional frameworks to understand mental health, trauma, and acculturation among migrant communities.
