After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology (Shandong Normal University), Liying Yang completed a Master’s degree in School Psychology (Capital Normal University), focusing on family education and child development, especially how parental marital quality and harsh parenting have influence on child positive psychological development.
In 2022 Liying Yang started her PhD under the supervision of Prof. Brian J. Hall. Her PhD project focuses on childhood adversity in China and aims to provide valuable help for those who suffer from childhood adversity.
