Postdoctoral Fellowships in Global Public Health
We seek accomplished and motivated emerging scholars who want to utilize their advanced training and skills to produce science that improves the health of the public. The Center is seeking postdoctoral fellows trained in Public Health, and closely related fields, to support our epidemiological and community-based mixed methods research projects.
We are seeking applicants in the area of implementation science with a particular emphasis on scalable digital health interventions. Our Center is currently working with the World Health Organization to develop and implement a digital mental health agenda in the Western Pacific Region.
The second position is for the area of migration and health. We are funded for the next four years to address barriers to health services among international migrants (African, Filipino, Indonesian, Vietnam) within a 5-country consortium (China, Germany, The Netherlands, South Africa, and Romania). The postdoctoral fellow would join this multidisciplinary consortium and work with faculty to design and implement the project within China.
The third position is ideal for an Epidemiologist (open field) who has particular strengths in the conduct of epidemiological studies on urban health. Candidates who utilize a life course, culturally informed, and social determinants perspective to study trauma, adversity, or migration are especially welcome to apply.
