EmpowerHealth is a student organization housed and supported by NYU Shanghai Center for Global Health Equity. We aim to create a dynamic platform where you can lead global health innovations through seminars, workshops, journal clubs and research symposiums. We will also provide research-related positions as Research Assistant (RA), Student Worker(SW) and volunteers.
In terms of academic opportunities, we will hold weekly events hosted by students and weekly/ monthly Coffee/Tea Break with CGHE faculty members. And Monthly Journal Clubs that allow students to share their reflection journals, reading notes, and essays, regarding CGHE seminars, projects, and border Global Health Topics. Besides, we will have Global Health Night where students can share their findings in daily life and chat with our faculty members.
